Many consumers who have visited this site have asked—how were you able to create a website like this at this particular time?

My answer is always that I am operating in my "life purpose" and providing content on this site is almost effortless, however it does take time, personal commitment and proper focus! 

By operating in my life purpose and having the mindset that I will operate at my highest level at all times—the creativity and knowledge inside of my mind comes to the surface to provide you (hopefully) credit and finance advice and understanding that you can apply on a daily basis to truly transform your life and that of your family's!


It is important that you realize that I am basically just like you with the possible exception that I have made a "real commitment" to apply the empowering content on this site in a serious and sincere manner—and my thought process is always (consistency) of a successful outcome!


By making a real commitment to think outside the box (big imagination) and doing my best in all of my endeavors—my thought pattern is that of success!

By making a real commitment and using your creativity—you too can make a way, find a way, discover a way and analyze a way for future success at a high level in the area of "your" choosing!

After the recent (2007-2008) real estate and financial market meltdowns I heard from many consumers who faced adversity (or difficulty) in various forms in regards to the management of their credit and finances. 

I even faced great adversity in my own life, from the transition of my younger brother (who looks just like me) to adversity in many other forms and on many other fronts.

However, I had to do as I always asked my early visitors to this site to do—“always respond positively to adversity” and by doing so the development of this site was accelerated so that consumers could address their credit and financial issues in a more effective manner at this time!

I realized that had our system of credit and finance management been available to the masses “prior too” the real estate and financial market downturn of the last few years—the system could have made a real difference in the lives of consumers in a major way.

However, with the creation of this website I also realize that this site is not for everyone—only those who truly want success at a high level and only those who are willing to take the "necessary action” that is needed to attain success at a high level.

Many consumers are content with their current level of their credit and finances and mediocrity suits them just fine.  They lack the commitment and determination to put in the required effort!

Still others desire a “path to success” that will lead to them attaining their dreams of living their life in a style and manner that they know they deserve and suits them best—not creditors and others who may not have their best interest in mind!

How I See Your Home Purchase Or Sale

I like to compare purchasing or selling a home to taking a ride in a taxi in a foreign country. When you, the passenger start on the ride, you may have little or no understanding of how it will go.

The taxi drivers job is to use his or her experience to get you to your destination in the least time and with the least aggravation (traffic jams, delays etc.) while keeping you calm and informed throughout the ride.
