My advice is for them to select another real estate company.

If potential home buyers come by our office who are not properly prepared to buy a home and they are not willing to get properly prepared, we politely inform them of our policy.

We simply have too many prospects that want to purchase their home the right way than those who choose to buy a home with reckless disregard for their financial situation.

If they are not willing to make positive changes to get into a more favorable buying position—they are not good prospects for our company.

We see everyone who comes through our doors as a potential home buyer or home seller as a lifetime partner in there home buying and/or home selling pursuit and any other financial areas of their life that is of concern to them.
