As I contemplated this 100th page, I thought to myself—what a wonderful accomplishment.
I have actually created from
my mind a website that actually did as I intended it to do—to improve the
credit, real estate and financial lives of consumers worldwide in a highly
effective manner.
I then
realized that I had to come up with a topic of discussion that is worthy of 100
pages.
I then came up with “patience and
personal finance” based on the high number of inquiries about this topic that
we have received over the years from consumers from around the world.
Many consumers always want to know—how long will it take to reach the goals that they desire in their credit and financial future?
In this
discussion our goal is to explain the topic thoroughly and in a manner that you
can readily understand and benefit from.
Patience is a quality
that you must have as it will help you as you respond appropriately to
adversity that you will undoubtedly face in your life.
You must believe and know that the “adversity” that you face can be overcome if you have "patience" and really know “deep within” that better days are in the horizon!
As long as you believe with all sincerity that successful days are truly in your and your family’s future and you take the necessary action to make those better days occur—success will occur.
You must realize that
when you are pursuing your credit and financial goals you must prepare your
mind for the “time frame” that it will take for you to achieve your “written goals!”
You must understand that in many cases your
success won’t happen overnight, but will usually take several years or so—depending on your
income, outstanding debt and your future goals and objectives.
You must realize that your retirement goals may take decades!
However, you must stay consistent in your
approach and have the "patience that is necessary" to make your retirement or any
other goals and objectives that you may have—a reality.
By realizing upfront that you must have “patience”—you set your mind up for the realistic expectations that lie ahead. And you will gain the “mental fortitude” that is needed for future success!
By doing so, you will put your mind in position to see (your vision will be clearer) the success that you
will enjoy once you achieve your debt payoff or any other goal or objective
that you may have in mind.
Patience is a quality that many consumers lack at this time because many are looking for overnight
success and are not willing to put in the “work” that is required at the various stages of their life that will lead to future
credit and financial success—at a very high level.
You have the
opportunity to use the quality of “patience” to your and your family’s benefit!
You can achieve your future goals and
objectives if you understand that every action that you take towards reaching
your future goals moves you closer to your future goals—and every other action that
you take (or fail to take) moves you further away from your future goals.
Even though you may understand that you must have patience, you still need to know that you must also have self-discipline and self-initiative on a consistent basis if you truly desire to make your future goals a reality.
You must use “written goal
setting” so that you can magnify your vision and see the vision (in your mind)
really happening.
By understanding how you can use patience to achieve your future goals you put yourself and your family in position for the success that you desire.
You can achieve your future goals—however it
is important that you realize that it will take patience along with self-discipline and a
high level of belief in your and your family’s future to make your goals and
objectives a reality!
You must understand your current credit and financial position in a thorough manner prior to your home purchase or any other credit or financial maneuver (or goal) that you may have in mind.
So how long will it take for you to reach your goals and objectives?
It depends on how aggressive you are in your payoff efforts,
your level of determination, your income level, your current expenses and other factors
that are unique to you.
If you are trying to
eliminate all of your revolving debt it usually takes several years—depending on
the amount, for retirement planning it can take decades, if you want to save
for a boat it may take years. If you have recently filed bankruptcy it could be years.
In short “it all” depends on your goals, your income or cash flow, your expenses or debt obligations, your discretionary income and other factors that are totally unique to you.
Therefore you must have
patience—regardless of your future goals and objectives.
The time frame needed to reach your goals
and objectives will vary from person to person and from situation to situation as income, expenses, goals, money management personalities and other factors differ among consumers.
Maybe not the “specific” answer that you were looking for—however the key point you must realize is that it takes patience and proper planning along with the right amount of income to reach the goals and objectives that you desire for yourself—and your family!
